About

We created the Mothachas app to support our delivery of a range of classroom based educational resources about mindfulness.

With this app you can access a range of recorded meditation activities designed to fit in with daily routines and emotions.

To create this app we built upon an open source project called Medito and we would like to invite you to visit The Medito Foundation to find out more about their mission to create free to use meditation resources for the world.

Meditation Resources

The resources are available here for use in your own meditations and you are free to copy and adapt them for your own projects. 

In fact, some of the materials we have recorded have been adapted and translated into Gaelic from another meditation project called Medito.

The purpose of this page is to list the source for each meditation script along with a credit recognising the creator. 

In all cases you are free to re-use and adapt the content for your own non-commercial use subject to the requirements of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence.
